🗓️ Four Mondays in October  |  🕗 8:00pm–9:00pm  |  💻 Live online

🎁 Complimentary for clients of O’Loan Family Law

When everything around you is changing, it can be difficult to feel steady within yourself.

Separation and family change can affect every part of your life.

Your mind may be constantly racing. Your emotions may feel closer to the surface. Difficult conversations can leave you unsettled long after they’re over, and even when you have a moment to yourself, it can be hard to truly switch off.

Steady Through Change is a four-week online program created to give you a calm, supportive space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Across four Monday evenings, you’ll learn practical ways to manage stress, quieten an overwhelmed mind and feel more grounded during difficult moments.

And at the end of every session, your facilitator will guide you through a calming experience using breathwork, relaxation, meditation or visualisation, so you can finish the evening feeling more settled, restored and ready for the week ahead.

You may not be able to control everything that is changing around you.

But you can learn to feel more in control of how you move through it.

Your Four-Week Journey

Monday 5 October

Calm the Internal Alarm

When you’ve been under pressure for a long time, your mind and body can remain on high alert, even when there is no immediate problem to solve.

In this first session, you’ll learn what is happening within you during periods of prolonged stress, how to recognise your own signs of overwhelm and how to gently bring yourself back to a calmer, more resourceful state.

You’ll leave with simple tools you can use whenever life begins to feel like too much.

Monday 12 October

Quiet the Mental Noise

When your circumstances feel uncertain, your mind may continually revisit the past, anticipate future problems or try to think its way through every possible outcome.

This session will help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions and internal state. You’ll discover practical ways to interrupt repetitive thinking, reduce mental overload and bring your attention back to what you can influence and control.

Monday 19 October

Stay Grounded in Difficult Moments

A message, a conversation or an unexpected development can quickly trigger a strong emotional response.

In this session, you’ll learn how to recognise your triggers, create space between what happens and how you respond, and stay more grounded during challenging interactions. We’ll also explore healthy emotional boundaries and ways to protect your energy without shutting down or disconnecting.

Monday 26 October

Move Forward with Confidence

Change can make it easy to lose sight of who you are, what matters to you and what may still be possible.

Our final session will help you reconnect with your strengths, values and inner resources. You’ll create practical ways to continue supporting your wellbeing and begin looking ahead with greater clarity, confidence and hope.

This Program Will Help You

This isn’t about telling you to “stay positive” or pretending that what you’re experiencing isn’t difficult.

It’s about helping you feel supported and giving you practical tools to make this time a little easier to navigate.

A Calm Hour, Just For You

Each one-hour session will include:

You won’t be asked to discuss the details of your personal or legal circumstances. You can simply come along, listen, learn and take what you need from each session.

No previous experience with meditation, breathwork or wellbeing practices is needed.
