Tara O’Loan

Tara brings commitment, creativity and drive to everything she does at O’Loan Family Law. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has worn many hats – social media manager, office manager, and paralegal – always tackling each role with enthusiasm and precision.

Currently in her final year studying Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University, Tara’s passion for family law runs deep. Growing up, she watched her mum’s journey from law student to principal solicitor, which inspired her to follow the same path. In fact, she landed her first law firm job at just 14!

Tara is known for her loyalty, attention to detail, and determination to get things right. She’s also a creative spark in the team, whether it’s problem-solving alongside solicitors or finding fresh ways to approach firm projects. High-achieving and tenacious, she thrives on challenges and doesn’t shy away from hard work.

Her coffee order? An almond cap: the fuel for balancing the demands of law school and life at OLFL.

• Currently studying Law at Macquarie University and qualified as a Justice of the Peace
