With a passion for social justice and a keen interest in how law influences everyday life, Grace’s focus is on building her foundation in family law while bringing empathy and strong organizational skills to her work.
Grace is currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Communications (majoring in Public Relations) at Macquarie University. In her first year, she is already applying her natural ability to stay organized and her drive to continuously improve herself.
Grace is our Engagement Assistant and is here to support our new clients with their onboarding as well as being responsible for office administration tasks.
Her “superpower” is being extremely organised, which she uses to balance her studies and commitments with a clear sense of purpose.
Bron also acts as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has extensive experience in parental alienation matters, requiring expert advice and support.
Bron ins the principal of O’Loan Family Law and manages a highly effective and intrepid team of likeminded legal eagles, who help to guide separating couples in reaching an amicable settlement. Known for her ability to inspire, energise and collaborate, Bron is a well-respected member of the legal community. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and holds membership with the Law Society, the Family Law Section, the Women Lawyers Association of NSW, the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals and Parenting Coordination Australia.
Bron’s super power is that she thinks outside the box and focuses on solutions. Her coffee order is actually a peppermint tea thank you very much.
Grace’s interest in family law was sparked early—through seeing it in action as she grew up—and has only deepened as she developed a strong desire for social justice. She hopes to use her studies and experience to support families in navigating challenges with dignity and care.
Outside of her studies, you’ll find Grace enjoying a chai latte and connecting with people who share her enthusiasm for making a positive difference.
