Eliza is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia who practises exclusively in family law.
Her passion for family law began while studying her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney, where she worked as a paralegal in private practice. Through that experience, Eliza saw firsthand the very real and often emotional challenges people face when navigating separation, parenting disputes, and other family law issues. It was this personal side of the law that inspired her to pursue a career helping people through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Bron also acts as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has extensive experience in parental alienation matters, requiring expert advice and support.
Bron ins the principal of O’Loan Family Law and manages a highly effective and intrepid team of likeminded legal eagles, who help to guide separating couples in reaching an amicable settlement. Known for her ability to inspire, energise and collaborate, Bron is a well-respected member of the legal community. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and holds membership with the Law Society, the Family Law Section, the Women Lawyers Association of NSW, the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals and Parenting Coordination Australia.
Bron’s super power is that she thinks outside the box and focuses on solutions. Her coffee order is actually a peppermint tea thank you very much.
Eliza is particularly passionate about parenting matters and helping families find practical solutions that put children’s best interests first. Wherever possible, she encourages cooperative parenting arrangements and works with clients to achieve outcomes that support positive co-parenting relationships into the future.
Since her admission as a solicitor, Eliza has worked exclusively in family law and has experience across a broad range of matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, and court proceedings. She regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and enjoys advocating for her clients when they need a strong voice by their side.
What Eliza enjoys most about family law is that every family and every matter is different. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, concerns, and goals, and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, she is committed to helping clients achieve the best possible outcome while feeling supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Eliza enjoys spending time with family and friends and returning to her family’s farm in Central New South Wales. She loves travelling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures and adventures. On a busy day, you’ll often find her with her favourite coffee in hand, an iced latte.
