Emily was admitted as a solicitor in March 2022, after working primarily in family law as a paralegal throughout her university studies.

Emily was drawn to family law because of the unique relationship she is able to build with the humans she assists. Emily prides herself on being able to provide practical solutions for her clients, allowing them to journey out of the difficult set of circumstances they are facing.

Throughout her time as a paralegal (in fact, she was a ‘super paralegal’ given her extensive time in the role), Emily was able to gain experience on a range of family law matters relating to both property and parenting issues. As a result, Emily can provide you guidance on a variety of different problems including property settlements, spousal maintenance, binding financial agreements, children’s time arrangements, urgent recovery applications, passport issues and relocation concerns.

Emily’s superpower is her ability to approach problems with a pragmatic but compassionate approach.

Her coffee order changes (almost on a daily basis) but she currently enjoys an almond cappuccino.
